A special day in Cuba...

Kirsty is 40 today!! Wishing you a very happy birthday from us all,
have a great day!

Day 1...

Having had some rest and a hearty breakfast we are gathered ready for
a three hour transfer to the Bay of Pigs for our bike fitting and the
first leg of our cycle ride.

Ready for the off...

All present and correct. Bags checked in and ready to board. Cuba here
we come!

Time to stop training and start packing!!!!

Only six days until departure. Time to put all the training into
practice...

Life still goes on...
